![]() ![]() They connect to my desktop through a SoundBot Bluetooth dongle. I've tried this with two different pairs of Bluetooth headphones (made by different companies) and both of them have the same problem. The headphones in question work very well outside of Zoom. In Windows, in the "Volume Mixer", checked that Zoom was not low volume or off In Windows, in the "Properties" menu "Advanced" tab, unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" In Windows, in the "Sound" menu "Playback" tab, checked that the headphones are enabled In Windows, in the Device Manager, checked that the Bluetooth drivers were up to date ![]() In Windows, checked that the volume was not low or off Restarted zoom after changing audio settings In Zoom, checked that the volume was not low or off In Zoom, selected "Same as System" as the speaker In Zoom, selected the "Headphones" as the speaker I've searched all over for solutions and nothing seems to work. Whenever I try to use Bluetooth headphones during a Zoom meeting, I can't get any sound to play from any application on my computer (including Zoom) unless I leave the meeting or change to a non-Bluetooth audio device.
